It is as much about the process of getting the story, as it is about the actual story. Shannon gathers the milestones, highlights, events and details from a client, with the purpose of sharing their life story with their family & friends. It can also give the staff of care homes/community organisations greater client profile insight. Understanding a person’s background is essential to help make sense of their current reality.
