
Ruth McLeod
COMMUNITY CONSULTATION FACILITATOR
Experienced facilitator and social researcher, Ruth McLeod works with diverse groups to identify issues, shared objectives and achievable solutions. On behalf of The Creative Ingredient, Ruth is currently the Community Reference Group facilitator for Newcastle City Council’s Coastal Revitalisation Project.
Ruth is a senior researcher with well-developed quantitative and qualitative skills. With over 20 years’ experience in conducting social research programs, she utilises a range of survey research tools and stakeholder engagement processes with:
- general community groups
- specific user groups
- internal workplace units
- government and business representatives
Ruth has successfully delivered major research programs with Hunter Research Foundation, Hunter Medicare Local and Newcastle City Council and is currently managing corporate projects at Hunter Primary Care.
