Community Consultation & Engagement
How do you know if your project will work? By effectively engaging with the people it will impact, including:
- online (website, social media and using platforms such as Social Pinpoint)
- drop-in public space sessions (on the street, in parks, at events, etc.)
- focus group meetings and workshops
- public forums
Whatever approach suits your project aims
By connecting with your target groups we discover useful concerns, solutions and ideas.
RESEARCH, LIAISON & STRATEGY
Ensuring the project is maximising its reach, our consultants can develop a strategic plan with you and your key stakeholders, with set timeframes and budget.
ACCESSING ALL AGES, ALL BACKGROUNDS
We are used to working with anyone from infants to elders, and have experts in consulting First Nations individuals and groups on our team. We also have experts in disabilities to enhance access wherever possible.
Our consultants are experienced in inspiring feedback through digital consultation apps, such as Social Pinpoint. This is particularly useful in COVID-19 sensitive areas.
SMART CREATIVE ACTIVITIES
‘Smart’ creative activities which also deliver surprising solutions and design opportunities. We can facilitate these ourselves or coordinate with community arts workers (note: we have access to experienced community arts workers, but are happy to work with whoever you choose).
COMMUNICATIONS & MATERIALS DESIGN
From social media campaigns and website content development to printed any promotional and consultation presentation materials (including interactive boards).
Our qualitative and quantitative data analysis is presented with snapshot infographic reporting.
